Central Services' CD release party

Published on: December 30, 2013

Indie pop band Central Services pulls out all the stops today at the Town Hall Seattle release party for its new kids' CD, Board of Education.  The band promises to "rock like it's 1975 and you just turned on 'The Electric Company.'" They'll be rocking like it's 1975 with the help of the horns of the band "Awesome!" and if the sound doesn't alone doesn't hook you, listen to the song lyrics. Wry, sometimes silly, great for kids about 8 and up with a sense of humor and an interest in science. There's a show at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and tickets are just 5 bucks. Head on down.
