  • Holiday Helper at Treehouse’s Free Store: Now through Dec. 21, kids age 12 and up can help operate The Wearhouse, a free store for youth in foster care located in South Seattle. Treehouse expects to serve more than 1,000 youth during December. Youth under age 16 must volunteer with an adult.
  • YMCA Holiday Gift Wrap Table: Teens can hone their gift wrapping skills during twp-hour shifts at Northgate Mall now through Dec. 24. All proceeds benefit University Family YMCA and Simon Youth Foundation; providing aid for academic support programs, summer camps, meals for homeless youth and more. Youth under age 16 must volunteer with an adult. 
  • Adopt-a-Family Elves: Now through Dec. 22, kids age 12 and up can act as YWCA ambassadors, enthusiastically accepting holiday donations during four-hour shifts at the YWCA warehouse at 23rd and Jackson in the Central District. Youth under age 16 must volunteer with an adult.
