A. A free listing includes basic descriptive information: business name, address, phone, website URL, location map, short description, a logo image, and inclusion into a single directory category.

Q. What does a Gold Listing include?

A. A Gold-enhanced Listing gives you more power to promote your business and attract ParentMap users. In search results, your Gold Listing gets special treatment by automatically sorting to the top with red bolded text. On your listing page, you can upload up to four images, display a YouTube video, promote a special offer, include a longer description, and connect users to your Facebook and Twitter channels. In addition, Gold Listing businesses will be promoted monthly in the ParentMap Magazine.

Q. How much does a Gold Listing cost?

A. A Gold Listing has an annual subscription fee of $295/year or just $0.81 per day. Since thousands of ParentMap users search our Directory on a monthly basis, this is the most economical advertising option we offer.

Q. What are the terms of agreement for a Gold Listing?

A. Advertisers may purchase an annual Gold Listing subscription for $295. The subscription term is one calendar year from the enrollment date. ParentMap will notify the advertiser via the contact email provided up to 30 days before the subscription term expires to confirm renewal. Advertisers may cancel their subscription at any time, but ParentMap does not offer partial or full refunds. If the advertiser cancels or allows a Gold Listing subscription to expire, the business listing will remain in the online Directory with the free listing features. Our editors reserve the right to change or remove content that is offensive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate. By clicking the "Submit payment" link at the bottom of the "Create a New Directory Listing" page, the advertiser agrees to these terms of agreement and certifies that he/she has the right to display the content and images provided.

Q. How can I edit my listing?

A. To edit your listing, sign into your account and click the "Edit" link for your Directory entry. You can update any element on your listing page: swap images, change your description, promote a new offer, etc. You can access your account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of every web page on parentmap.com.

Q. How can I win $1000 of free advertising?

A. Purchase a Gold Listing by December 31, 2010 and you will be eligible to win $1000 in free ParentMap advertising in 2011. Next step: encourage your customers to rate your business on parentmap.com. The business with the highest number of ratings and comments by January 31, 2011 will win $1000 worth of print or digital advertising. The winner will be notified by email in the beginning of February 2011.
