Our favorite part about this recipe is that it only contains three ingredients: Kiwi slices (one-inch thick) and a little bit of coconut oil blended with melted dark chocolate. Super easy -- and inexpensive. Simply dip the kiwi slices into your melted chocolate mixture and eat right away or save in the freezer for future warm-weather desserts. Great for a summer backyard barbecue with family and friends, we have a feeling that this is one neat treat that will leave everyone asking for seconds.
