Children’s Hour is a free educational program — ideal for Pre-K – brought to you by Scarecrow Video! Join other Seattle families for the latest Children’s Hour series: Celebrating Seasons. This series will be hosted on Thursday mornings over eight weeks, from August 3 to September 28. *PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A 1 WEEK BREAK* we will NOT have a session on September 7.
Scarecrow Video will introduce participants to the concept of the four seasons, starting with summer and ending with spring. Each Children’s Hour session will include auditory, visual and tactile styles of learning: watching short videos, reading storybooks provided by the U-District branch of Seattle Public Library, and participating in an arts and/or science activity related to the changing of the seasons. Everyone is welcome!
