Turtle Time - Celebrate World Turtle Day

You are invited to join Thayer Cueter and celebrate National Turtle Day. Thayer Cueter, a veterinary technician and founder of Washington Turtle & Tortoise Rescue, will conduct an educational workshop on identification of Washington State Natives, domestic turtles and actions to protect them. Learn about these fascinating reptiles and their habitats while interacting with live rescues. Families interested in adoption can contact Thayer directly.

All the above workshops and activities will be at the Edmonds Wildlife Habitat Native Plant Demonstration Garden located at the Willow Creek Hatchery at 95 Pine Street in Edmonds on the NW corner of Pine Street and Edmonds Way (S.R. #104). Free parking is available on Pine Street with some parking for those with limited mobility is available in the small parking lot at the hatchery down the driveway.

All programs at this community garden operated by local volunteers are free but donations are always appreciated.
