If you are a stay-at-home parent or caregiver, join us for outdoor yoga at Baltimore Park. Grown-ups will practice yoga while kids can play in the playground, run around, and enjoy the summer. This series is meant for anyone that tries to squeeze in a bit of self-care while caring for others.
Yoga outdoors offers extra benefits: a dose of Vitamin D, nature's amazing ways to help you be in the moment (listen to the birds chirping, feel a breeze on your skin, gaze up at the clouds), and it can reduce stress.
The class is all levels and everyone is welcome. It is okay if you have to pause or help your child and join back in. This class is 45 min and will offer a sample of breathing techniques, yoga poses, and time to rest.
9:30 am - 10:15 pm Yoga near the playground
Note: Yoga is for adults. Kids are welcome to play at the park under yoga participant's supervision (no childcare provided).
