    Good parenting is good mentoring! January is National Mentoring Month and The Guiding Lights Weekend, a conference on the art of mentoring, will bring together over 700 people from across Washington state and beyond to explore how we can address the need for more mentors and guidance for youth and adults. Parents will have a special interest in many of our sessions.     BodyWorks is a ten-week program developed by the Department of Health and Human Services' office to provide parents and caregivers of girls (ages 9-13) tools and clarity on improving family eating and exercise habits.
