Our summer art camps are for 5-1/2 - 8 year-olds, or 9-12 year-olds. Please see website under summer camps for details. Each week there are different camps themes at both of our Madison and Ravenna locations.

Camp Explorations is an 11-week day camp program for children ages 5-12. Campers are divided into groups based on their grade levels in school. Themes change each week to ensure every child finds something of interest. Special visitors and field trips are offered nearly every week. Please join us for an engaging summer of creativity, friendship, fun, and exploration.

Dupont Kids Fitness' weekly summer camps offer non-competitive sports and nutrition education for campers. Our coaching staff are required to be certificated teachers and they provide high quality lessons throughout the week. Campers will have the opportunity to particiate in bike hikes, parks tours, library visits, nutritious cooking class, and many more fun and exciting health and fitness related activities throughout the summer.

It’s time to express yourself! We’ll create our own masterpieces while learning about colors, shapes, textures, sculpture and wearable art.

Campers will learn how to use costumes and humor to raise awareness about critical environmental issues, and have a lot of fun creating and performing in a solstice parade entry.

Our Practice Makes Perfect Soccer Camp program is designed to help the beginning player as well as the serious, committed player to understand and recognize the challenges and the demands of the modern game. In this camp, each player is given the freedom, the guidance, and the encouragement required to meet these challenges and demands with creativity, imagination, and flair. Learn how to handle the ball, including trapping, heading, chesting, and focus on body movement, behind the ball, off the ball, breaking away, receiving. Work on physical conditioning, with an emphasis on speed and strength training. Practice many, many different techniques. Absorb the rules of the game. Introducing young children to the joys of horsemanship is one of the highlights of summer at RockMeadow. Campers enjoy a one-week day camp with plenty of hands-on time with safe and well trained horses an ponies. The camps are limited to just ten campers, insuring that each child receives plenty of one on one attention from our instructors and camp counselors. Our camps are designed to be an excellent introductory experience for young children with little to no riding background. Activities include daily classes about horses, grooming, feeding and caring for a horse or pony, daily riding lessons, arts and crafts, gardening, trail walks, pizza party and end of the week horse show. Each camper will receive a camp tee-shirt, Certificate of Achievement and Horse Show Award.

Adventurous Arrietty belongs to an unusual race of tiny folks known as The Borrowers. They live underfoot and behind walls in the homes of unsuspecting “human beans,” borrowing the things they need to survive. Join SYT this summer as we learn to express our creative minds and bodies, develop theatrical passion, and explore the world around us through performance art! By each Friday, through the use of team collaboration, technique-based youth drama training, and our own collective imagination, students will create and present a piece which highlights the theatrical element of the week. Curriculum will vary each session, with a core focus of movement based creative drama. SYT supports families of all income levels. We will work to accommodate students regardless of ability to pay. We offer summer and school-break camps which include weekly field trips and swimming activities for children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade.

The Explorer West Summer Arts Improvisation Camp - Theatre, Circus, Fine Arts, Dancing and Singing. The theme of our camp is improvisation and interconnected art. This is a two-week performing and fine arts camp and all students are welcome; you need not be an Explorer West student. During camp, students will explore dance, acting, circus arts, music, and fine arts in the theme of improvisation. How does a painting inspire a work of dance? How does a song inspire a scene? Students will create their own world of art in a camp that is designed for any skill level. Sponge presents Summer Passport to China - Mandarin Immersion Camp for K-2nd and 3rd-5th grades at PEAK Boys & Girl's Club on Mercer Island. We help campers build language and cultural competency while having lots of summer fun! Our camp leaders are great at making kids excited about language, culture and the world – and they happen to be native-speaking, experienced language teachers, too. Campers are grouped by language experience and ability where appropriate. Dragons, magic, and martial arts! Join us for a Mandarin language immersion adventure. We’ll travel across the ocean and learn about some magical characters from China. Campers will explore Chinese myths, festivals, and foods. We will tell stories about magical dragons, make boats for the Dragon Boat Festival and cook delicious dumplings!
