Camp Weather Wonders: (new in 2013) Where do rain and snow come from? What makes the wind blow? How is lightning formed? These are some of the questions that campers will answer as they spend the week discovering new things about weather and our environment.

Kids get a kick out of soccer! UK Petite Soccer is an introduction to soccer for 3-5 year olds. Fundamentals of soccer will be taught using a games based approach, all within a fun learning environment with one of the professional UK Elite Soccer coaches. Two times to choose from, 10-11:15 a.m. (course #97550 on SPARC) or 1-2:15 p.m. (course #97551 on SPARC).

Come join us at View Ridge Playfield for Wedgwood Drama Studio’s theater summer camp. We’ll play theater games, build original characters, explore movement and scene work and learn what it takes to create an original performance all in the beautiful outdoors! Camp is led by Wedgwood Drama Studio’s brother and sister team Michael and Christi Cruz who have over 15 years experience performing on the stage, screen and teaching in the classroom.  Camp fills at 16 campers on a first come, first served basis. Come join us in the fairy ring! This four-day camp is inspired by flowers and fairies from classical ballets and nature. Each day is split equally between dance and art. Culminates in an informal performance and gallery of student artwork.

Experience the wonder of nature through the eyes of a dragonfly, the wings of a bird, the ears of a deer, and the feet of a fox. You’ll dip for bugs in our ponds, catch frogs in Sapsucker Creek, and search for snails and snakes in the meadow. Each day will be filled with exploration, activities, games, and art perfectly suited for the budding naturalist.

This half-day camp for little ones aims to be a perfect fit for parents and campers. Each week has a creative and educational theme that includes activities, games, arts, crafts, songs and more! Campers must be potty trained.

CMA’s Jazz Camp offers music students the opportunity to spend a week playing with a jazz combo. Professional jazz musicians and educators will coach the groups. Campers can register individually or as a pre-formed combo. Each student will get personal attention on their instrument as well as feedback on what their role is with a jazz combo. There will be sessions on improvisation for students interested in soloing. Rhythm section players will be able to explore voicings, bass lines and different types of time feels associated with jazz. There will be listening examples as well as performances by faculty to demonstrate the key points discussed for each ensemble. This camp will be “hands on.” We work in small groups so each student can build the confidence needed to play jazz. Each combo will record a Youtube video performance at the end of the week. Summer time is fun time! Have an outstanding time developing your sports skills at a fun filled camp with knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff. Little Champs is focused on the FUNdamentals that are age appropriate and show an emphasis on health and sportsmanship. Campers wil be grouped by age.

Come join Seattle's Littlest Performers for a fun-filled summer of singing, dancing and drama! Renowned for his whimsically profound rhymes and outrageous characters, Dr. Seuss’ genius will transcend to the stage during this week-long session. Based on the works of some of his most famous tales and characters from his books will be brought to life, while simultaneously weaving in the music of Elvis. Come join in the fun.

Vacation Bible Camp at St. Thomas is a place for children from age 4 to entering 5th grade to experience the love of God in a safe and welcoming environment. Activities include: crafts, story telling, games, chapel and music.

Our Farm Day Camps are a great way to learn about all the great things that happen on a farm every day. Learn all about gardening, composting, recycling, cooking, water dynamics, and caring for all the various farm animals, chickens, goats, horses, and ponies. The Spectacular Blue Angels: Everyone’s favorite flight demonstration team is back for another year of high flying excitement! Be here to experience the thrills of take-offs and landings firsthand.

Wilderness Awareness School has partnered together with Oxbow Farm, and we are serving up something very special this summer! During this week of daily adventures your child will explore the edge where Farm and Forest meet. In addition to Wilderness Awareness School’s unique day camp experience learning about plants, mammals, tracking, birds and survival skills…we’re down on the farm! Kids will make their own sun tea, fresh fruit popsicles, and farm burritos. They will dig roots and pick fruits, save, sow, and snack on seeds. On the final day, we will harvest produce for an end-of-week Happy Camper Farmers Market! Each day we enjoy storytelling under the Maple Tree, as well as songs, crafts, and play surrounding food, farm and forest life. Camp is held at Oxbow Farm in the Snoqualmie Valley (about 15 minutes from Redmond). It is on a 120-acre property, with 20 acres of certified organic vegetables, berries and tree fruit in cultivation for the fresh market. This full-day experience for the younger child is appropriate for those who are ready to not only be away from home, but also active and engaged for this length of time! (We also have two half-day Wild Sprouts camps for ages 4-6.)

It's designed to encourage curiosity and bonding with the natural world, and to develop big motor skills as well as dexterity.
