Kids, bring a sack lunch and a sense of adventure! Each camp will consist of art, cooking, exploring, singing, dancing, and making new friends. Campers have the option to attend a drop-in camp on Friday or you may always choose to drop in for the day on other days ($40).

Wilderness Awareness School has partnered together with Oxbow Farm, and we are serving up something very special this summer! During this week of daily adventures your child will explore the edge where Farm and Forest meet. In addition to Wilderness Awareness School’s unique day camp experience learning about plants, mammals, tracking, birds and survival skills…we’re down on the farm! Kids will make their own sun tea, fresh fruit popsicles, and farm burritos. They will dig roots and pick fruits, save, sow, and snack on seeds. On the final day, we will harvest produce for an end-of-week Happy Camper Farmers Market! Each day we enjoy storytelling under the Maple Tree, as well as songs, crafts, and play surrounding food, farm and forest life. Camp is held at Oxbow Farm in the Snoqualmie Valley (about 15 minutes from Redmond). It is on a 120-acre property, with 20 acres of certified organic vegetables, berries and tree fruit in cultivation for the fresh market.

It’s official, Hip Hop is sick! This camp will show participants why Hip Hop is "k"ontagious as you move and groove to old-school and current beats in a fun-filled, energetic and supportive environment. This camp provides a structured method of various Hip Hop dance movements and styles that offers a new set of combinations and routines every time. Individual and group participation allows participants to build strength, flexibility and confidence.

Art projects include melted crayon art, tie dye t-shirt, paper mache critter, sun-sensitive paper design, and painted paper owl, mermaid or seascape. Summer comes and goes each year but fashionable wardrobe stapes are forever. In this class the kids learn sewing basics, using patterns and finishing techniques while creating a maxi dress, wrap skirt and cinch purse. Just what every fashionable girl needs in her wardrobe! Please note: This class is for kids who already have a firm understanding of the sewing machine. A materials list will be emailed to you closer to the class date.

See the world through the eyes of a pilot! Meet different pilots as they share their stories of flight with you. Follow the footsteps of famous aviators who have changed the world. Take a tour of a working airport to complete this amazing week-long experience.

Come create magical memories with us this summer as we design art, interact with domestic farm animals, splash in the pool, play camp games and meet other fellow budding artists! Have fun creating two arts and crafts projects per day while exploring many mediums including: tempera, acrylic, watercolor, oil and chalk pastels, charcoal, ink and more. Explore collage, clay, printmaking, painting, drawing, decoupage, crafts and recycled art! Between art classes, have fun playing with the bunnies, cats, chickens, duck and goose, piggies and goats! And, in between camp games, there is always time to have fun on the trampoline or in the pool with friends. This week's theme: Art Camp's Marketplace: Create amazing art, develop artful advertising posters, all to sell our amazing designs at the marketplace event!

Join us for another year of fun-filled outdoor adventure at Magnuson Park! Beetles on Parade is filled with hands-on nature exploration, songs, games, and nature crafts. It's designed to encourage curiosity and bonding with the natural world, and to develop big motor skills as well as dexterity. Camp fee includes an official Jr. Nature Explorers bandana - sign up for one or several! Bring a nutritious lunch and a water bottle.

Camp Sprouting Spirits teaches your child how to regulate their emotions, be mindful, respond to stress, and changes in a healthy way. We make most of our snacks, like pizza, a smoothie bar, and “rainbow salad”, made with organic and locally grown produce whenever possible. We also have a yoga or music class every day plus an arts and crafts project. Our activities and games promote compassion, creativity, co-operation, teamwork, and patience. The entire camp is outdoors and we walk to the Rose Garden daily! We emphasize nature, yoga, dance, music, games, cooking, building fairy-houses. Every child has a blast at Sprouting Spirits!
