Le Monde Francophone! French camp for any level of fluency. Spend two weeks on beautiful Canoe Island, located in the San Juans. Polynesia, Africa, the Caribbean, North America, and Asia: explore other countries where French is spoken. Represent your chosen francophone country with your team as you compete in the Jeux de la Francophonie in your favorite sport and present your region in a World’s Fair of native foods, crafts, clothing, and games. Listen to Cajun music, try Vietnamese food, and paint your face like those in Vanuatu. This is the perfect session for those wanting more of an immersion experience.

This five night camp is focused on learning wilderness survival skills basics while practicing them daily at our school campus near Duvall. Campers will have opportunities to practice fire making, knife safety and carving, shelter construction and primitive cooking. They may choose to create their own fire kit, spoon, bowl or other similar craft to take home. Participants will also have the opportunity to sleep in shelters they have constructed from natural materials. They are sure to bring home amazing stories from this week with us! Survival Overnight Camp begins at 1 p.m. on Sunday and ends at 12 p.m. on Friday. Parents are encouraged to arrive at 11 a.m. on Friday. All youth overnight participants must return a signed Physician’s Medical Form upon registration. This is for the safety of our participants and our organization. Completion of this form will require a physical exam completed within one year of the course date, and an appointment with that physician for the form to be filled out. We appreciate your understanding.

Come join us in the fairy ring! This four-day camp is inspired by flowers and fairies from classical ballets and nature. Each day is split equally between dance and art. Culminates in an informal performance and gallery of student artwork.

Experience the wonder of nature through the eyes of a dragonfly, the wings of a bird, the ears of a deer, and the feet of a fox. You’ll dip for bugs in our ponds, catch frogs in Sapsucker Creek, and search for snails and snakes in the meadow. Each day will be filled with exploration, activities, games, and art perfectly suited for the budding naturalist.

This half-day camp for little ones aims to be a perfect fit for parents and campers. Each week has a creative and educational theme that includes activities, games, arts, crafts, songs and more! Campers must be potty trained.

This session's theme: Princess Camp.

Seattle may have a lot of rain, but we also have lots of lakes and beaches to play in during the summer. In this two day series kids will make beach necessities, a swimsuit coverup and floppy beach hat. They will learn the basics of sewing on the machine as well as oodles of other sewing techniques. A small materials list will be emailed before class.

Each week has a creative and educational theme that includes activities, games, arts/crafts, songs and more! This week's theme is Princess. Located at the West Mercer Elementary School.

Kids need no experience to sign up and learn partner-movement, juggling, acrobatic movement, tumbling and more! The week of learning and play will culminate with a performance sure to awe and amaze.

Explore the versatility of printmaking using rubber, cardboard and foam just to name a few! Students will learn about design, mixing colors and a variety of ways to create dynamic prints. Working from artists examples to develop a unique visual style, students will create their own collection of images.

Vacation Bible Camp at St. Thomas is a place for children from age 4 to entering 5th grade to experience the love of God in a safe and welcoming environment. Activities include: crafts, story telling, games, chapel and music.

Wilderness Awareness School has partnered together with Oxbow Farm, and we are serving up something very special this summer! During this week of daily adventures your child will explore the edge where Farm and Forest meet. In addition to Wilderness Awareness School’s unique day camp experience learning about plants, mammals, tracking, birds and survival skills…we’re down on the farm! Kids will make their own sun tea, fresh fruit popsicles, and farm burritos. They will dig roots and pick fruits, save, sow, and snack on seeds. On the final day, we will harvest produce for an end-of-week Happy Camper Farmers Market! Each day we enjoy storytelling under the Maple Tree, as well as songs, crafts, and play surrounding food, farm and forest life. Camp is held at Oxbow Farm in the Snoqualmie Valley (about 15 minutes from Redmond). It is on a 120-acre property, with 20 acres of certified organic vegetables, berries and tree fruit in cultivation for the fresh market. This full-day experience for the younger child is appropriate for those who are ready to not only be away from home, but also active and engaged for this length of time! (We also have two half-day Wild Sprouts camps for ages 4-6.)
