Dupont Kids Fitness' weekly summer camps offer non-competitive sports and nutrition education for campers. Our coaching staff are required to be certificated teachers and they provide high quality lessons throughout the week. Campers will have the opportunity to particiate in bike hikes, parks tours, library visits, nutritious cooking class, and many more fun and exciting health and fitness related activities throughout the summer.

Moss Bay campers enjoy an outstanding summer youth recreation program with a terrific staff, quality adventures, excellent sports equipment, good times and great rowing, kayaking, sailing and paddle board instruction. Our Level 1 (beginning) camps are designed for the complete beginner. We provide all the required fencing equipment. Our USFCA certified instructors start at the very beginning with the on guard position and basic footwork. We teach basic offensive and defensive moves, the basic rules of the game of foil fencing, and end with an informal tournament on Friday. Kids' classes play lots of fencing-related games. Junior classes are a little more focused on technique, tactics, and mechanics. Our goal in both camps is to have fun while learning the basics of modern Olympic sports fencing.

Ropeworks’ jump rope camps are directed and run by World Jump Rope Champion and Cirque Du Soleil Artist Rene Bibaud. Boys and girls of all skill levels are invited to participate in our jump rope camps, which teach kids the following disciplines: single rope skills, partner routines, double Dutch, jumping long rope skills, group game choreography and more. Kids work together in a fun and rewarding environment of goal setting, best effort and team building. Play games, learn skills, develop new skills and stay fit in our fun-filled high energy program that really gets kids jumping! Camp culminates with a performance for friends and family.

Intense wakeboarding instruction for all skill levels mornings from 7 to 9 a.m. Light dock-side breakfast is served.

Chess4Life instructors make the game come to life through exciting lessons on strategy, tactics, and many other topics that open the world of chess to students. Play chess in the morning and learn to fence in the afternoon. Transportation to and from Chess4Life and RCFC is provided by Chess4Life. Level 1 fencing is for complete beginners to the sport of fencing. We will teach footwork, basic blade skills, and simple bouting techniques.

The Level 3/4 camp assumes a minimum of one year of classes at RCFC or a similar program. We will focus on tactics and mechanics, and there will be an emphasis on bouting. The first half of each class will consist of paired drills and group exercises. The second half of class will consist of drills and bouting on the electric scoring apparatus. Instructor's permission required before signing up for this camp.

The Level 2 camp takes up directly where the Level 1 camp ended. We will add technical and tactical skills with paired drills and group exercises. We will discuss the tactical implications of priority in foil and how that relates to reffing a bout, and we will do more practice bouting with student referees.

The Level 2 camp is a continuation of the Level 1 curriculum. It assumes the student has had our one week introductory class. We will continue to add both technical and tactical skills, and will spend a little more time bouting with the electrical scoring apparatus.
