Do you know a fashionista designer full of ideas and looking for a place to use them? Send them to Made to learn the fundamentals of fashion design, color, sewing techniques, and fashion illustration. We will work with the designers to create a clothing line based on a central theme of their preference, and then they will sew one of their designs to take home. This is a 3 day camp.

Come join Seattle's Littlest Performers for a fun-filled summer of singing, dancing and drama! Campers will explore the Paris countryside with Duchess and her kittens as they seek help to find their way home after being catnapped by their loving human's jealous butler Edgar. Luckily, a rag-tag bunch of unforgettable Alley Cats come to their rescue! This feline adventure is sure to get children tapping their feet to its hip and jazzy beats. Weekly summer day camps during July. Learn to ride at a safe and fun horse farm! Phoenix Farm's Day Camps are designed for beginner-level riders ages 6 and up. The camp covers all aspects of basic horsemanship and care of the horse. Class sizes are kept small to provide a personalized approach to beginning riding. Our camp instructors have over 24 years of combined teaching experience, and focus on safety first, then fun and correct form. Each daily session includes a 1.5 hour English riding lesson. Riders will be matched to a pony or horse for the entire week and will learn to tack, untack, clean, and care for their horses. At the end of the week, students will have the opportunity to paticipate in a demonstration/show to parents of what they've learned that week--great way to celebrate their accomplishments!

Explore the magic of seeds! Plant seeds and watch them grow into plants. Discover big and small seeds, seeds that explode and seeds that fly. Learn how to save seeds. Revel in the family organic garden in this two-day class for parents and preschoolers. Learn what to plant and how to work together to grow in your own garden. This class introduces children and parents to insects, flowers and the garden world. The session includes gardening, an art project, stories, our famous sun tea and yummy snacks!

In this three-day session, campers will have a chance to experience the worlds of pirates, wizards, and aliens while playing a variety of creative and group games. One day we will take a journey to the high seas, go on a treasure hunt, and learn to talk like a pirate. Come ready to join the magical realms of witches and wizards, complete with wand making and spell casting. For our Space day, will explore the depths of the universe, play astronaut games, and dress up like aliens. You can also practice what it might feel like to walk on the moon as you bounce away at Sky High.

This week we’ll put you in the cockpit of the Blackbird! The Museum is home to the only MD-21 left in the world and you can learn the secrets of a supersonic spy! Learn how to crack codes and send secret messages to help solve the mystery of the missing Museum moon rocks!

Our Advanced Day Camps is intended for participants in the Tashunka Lesson program or receive approval. In this camp, each participant has his or her own horse for the week, and campers take part in all aspects of owning a horse, including feeding, picking stalls and paddock areas, graining, grooming, vet care, riding, horse economics, field trips, and much much more.

Camp FANTASTIC FLYING TOYS: Learn about aviation by playing with stomp rockets, rubber band-powered propeller planes, and mechanical birds. Make different paper airplanes and figure out which ones fly the farthest and glide the longest. Use flying toys from around the world like kites, boomerangs, taketombos and more.

Join us for another year of fun-filled outdoor adventure at Magnuson Park! World of Water Camps is filled with hands-on nature exploration, songs, games, and nature crafts. It's designed to encourage curiosity and bonding with the natural world, and to develop big motor skills as well as dexterity. A joyful introduction to movement. Basic ballet technique, improvisation, and choreography are introduced in a developmentally appropriate way. Little ones can try one class or take them all.

Form  your own colony, make fire with flint and steel, and venture to  neighboring islands as you explore the traditions and travels of the French Voyageurs and Native Americans. Share gifts in a potlatch, shoot bows and arrows, do traditional arts and crafts, and cook outdoors. Overnight trips by kayak, canoe, sailboat, or hiking are offered this session. Celebrate Bastille Day and follow the Tour de France bicycle race.

Ekone Ranch offers a one-of-a-kind camp program on 1060 acres of canyonlands, forests and meadows near the Columbia Gorge. Our residential, co-ed camp program features small groups of no more than 20 children per session and a 6:1 camper/staff ratio or better. This week will be one of our non-horse focused camps, with special details still to be announced. Adolescence can be a turbulent and trying time and most of our young people are launched into it with little consciousness and even less preparation. Becoming a Young Woman was created to help girls cross the bridge between childhood and youth in love and beauty. It will help them reach young womanhood with a deeper sense of themselves, their own inner and outer beauty and the gifts they bring to the world, so that they may walk through their teen years with strength and self-confidence. This group of 10 middle school girls will spend a week at a moon lodge on Bainbridge Island, engaging in a Rite of Passage experience to honor and celebrate the conscious step into young womanhood with a sweat bath ceremony, an 8-hour solo in the woods, and a ritual of welcoming to womanhood. The challenges of navigation have confronted explorers from the beginning of time. From observing the stars, to reading compasses, to radio direction finders and GPS, campers will learn about the ways navigators are able to get from here to there without getting lost!

Asia Pacific Language School offers elementary school children the opportunity to learn the Chinese Mandarin or Japanese language and culture while having fun. Our camp's morning program will focus on language study (conversational and writing skills) and cultural studies. In the afternoon, we will offer a variety of activities, including projects and arts to learn the Asian culture, going to parks for outdoor play, swimming, and field trips.
