The ParentMap Media Room
ParentMap newsmagazine is the award-winning monthly parenting publication connecting parents and the community around the Puget Sound region/Greater Seattle. In addition to our monthly magazine, ParentMap also publishes seven special issues each year, as well as a growing collection of books on parenting, child development and family fun. Our first title, Getting to Calm, is out in June, 2009; several other titles will follow in spring of 2010.
ParentMap is also involved in the community, sponsoring programs such as Pathways, a lecture series for parents, Preschool Preview Nights, the LearningMap Education Fair, and CampFair. Our Preschool Preview Nights were showcased on Q13 Fox News - check it out!
We also publish Passport, a free weekly events e-newsletter, zoned for families in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland.
We are proud to partner with KING-TV, the Seattle NBC affiliate, to present parenting information in a weekly segment, "Parent to Parent."
