Kids old enough to stay up late? Kids need to move their bodies? Get a two-fer at this cool midnight run! Head to the World
Trade Center for food, dancing, music -- but no alcohol -- and a

Bloomin' birthday
A beautiful friend is turning 10 - and we get the present! The Portland Classical Chinese Garden celebrates its 10th anniversary with 10 days of free admission. Head over to explore a city block's worth of paths, ponds and landscaping, and look for a new activity every day, from planting narcissus bulbs to music in the Teahouse. Free. All ages. 239 N.W. You and Tree
Take in the fresh air - and learn a lot about trees - at a cool free tree farm hike! Join World Forestry Center staff at the Magness Property in Sherwood. You'll learn how to identify trees on a half-mile, easy hike that's perfect for families (stroller-friendly), and includes interpretive signs that will help you identify how the forest grows.
