Park it
What does a kid want in a park? Chocolate waterfalls and roller coasters, of course! Local kids got to dream up their perfect playground (within reason!); local grownups will then unveil the plans for the new 'Playground by the Sound' along Chamber's Bay Properties. Families from West Tacoma, Fircrest, University Place, Steilacoom, and Lakewood are invited to gather for Playground Design Day to see the culmination of the kids' ideas that inspired this unique playspace. Baloo yooo?
Come see Mowgli, an untrustworthy python and an itchy bear in Kitsap Children's Musical Theatre's adaptation of the adventure classic, The Jungle Book.
