Tanya Ruckstuhl

Tanya Ruckstuhl is the mother of identical twin boys. When she is not busy nagging them to stop this or start that, she can be found mixing up bags of concrete, following the Roomba around in circles, and planning a dinner party, simultaneously. She loves wide ranging conversations, kind neighbors, and the “Little Free Library” movement. For her escape-from-motherhood-and-hang-out-in-a-nice-office-with-art job, she’s a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adult Attention Deficit Disorder. She writes an award winning blog on trauma at Seattle Therapist.
