Hooray for family events! We are excited that the Washington State Spring Fair is back in full form for 2022, with more dates to visit!

This year, the Spring Fair will take place over two weekends: Thursday–Saturday, April 14–16 and Thursday–Sunday, April 21–24. (The Fair is closed on Easter Sunday, April 17.)

Last spring, The Fair utilized a “drive through and step out” format, but in 2022, fair exhibits, rides and entertainment are back to the format families will remember from the Before Times. Woot! Tickets are on sale now.

Highlights for the 2022 Washington State Spring Fair:

1. New stuff!

Lumberjack Show: Whether you’re a city slicker or a country cousin, if you’ve never seen a lumberjack show, you must go. The Fair’s new lumberjack show takes place over the first weekend, April 14–16, with three shows each day (3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.) in the Grandstand. This show is included with gate admission.

Jungle Critters: PNW kids get a chance to examine some incredible creatures from more tropical climes in this special exhibit. Find it in the Expo Hall. This exhibit is open all days and included with gate admission.

Interactive Selfie StationWe can’t go to The Fair without documenting it for social media, right? Get your cool selfies at the the new selfie station near the Blue Gate. Included with gate admission.

2. Fair favorites

Swifty Swine Racing Pigs: These little piggies deliver big-time entertainment every year. Watching the races is included with gate admission.

DockDogs competition: Athletic pooches sail through the air to catch a baton before splashing into their landing tank. It’s awesome! This show is included with gate admission.

Fiesta MexicanaEnjoy music and entertainment with roots in Mexican culture on the Showplace Stage on Sunday, April 24, included with gate admission.

Motorsport Mayhem: Popular Motorsport Mayhem shows take place April 22–24 and require ticket purchase in addition to gate admission. Snag your tix for Slamfest Demolition Derby and other shows. Tickets start at $26.

Monster truck rides: Catch a ride on a tricked-out monster truck for $10, in addition to gate admission, available all dates.
