Festival pianists Jeewon Park and Anton Nel perform with Jack Prelutsky, America's first Children's Poet Laureate, reading his own humorous verses inspired by Camille Saint-Saens' "Carnival of the Animals." This is a playful way to introduce children ages 5-10 to classical music. Concert begins at 11 a.m. with free pre-concert musical instrument "petting zoo" in the lobby beforehand, courtesy of Music Center of the Northwest.
