Join us October 28–29 at Woodland Park Zoo's Pumpkin Bash for a delightful day filled with pumpkins for our animal friends, trick-or-treating fun, and more to enchant little goblins, ghosts, and even "ferocious" critters!
Kids will have a blast going trick-or-treating throughout the zoo and participating in the special mascot led costume parade! Our Boo-mazium will be a hub of excitement, featuring a variety of engaging activities tailored for our youngest visitors. This year don’t miss out on the Mad Science Show in 1899 Grove!
Pumpkin Bash activities are included with zoo admission.
Bring Your Costume
During Pumpkin Bash, one child 12 years and under in costume is admitted to the zoo free with a paying adult.
Pumpkin Palooza
See your favorite animals chomp, smash or stomp on pumpkins! This is part of the zoo’s excellent animal care program to help enrich the lives of the zoo’s animals, promote natural animal behavior, keep animals mentally and physically stimulated and engage zoo visitors.
Trick-or-Treat
No tricks, all treats here! Visit trick-or-treat stations around the zoo for candy and stickers while you explore and see the animals. All candy purchased will be made with sustainable palm oil from companies that are actively working to make a difference for wildlife.
