As your baby grows and enters their next phase, Foundations: 4-12 Months offers expert guidance and community support to help you navigate this exciting and challenging stage. From developing motor skills to socialization milestones, this group is here to help you foster your baby’s growth while ensuring you’re fully supported as a parent.

The 4-12 month stage is full of change. Your baby is becoming more mobile, more curious, and more interactive. This group is designed to guide you through these milestones with expert advice on everything from sleep and feeding to developmental play and bonding. With a rotating curriculum, you’ll learn about the best practices for supporting your baby’s development while connecting with other parents who are experiencing the same transitions.

Join Anytime
Like all of our Foundations groups, Foundations: 4-12 Months offers flexible enrollment, so you can join at any point during the stage and still benefit from the full range of topics. Whether you’ve just hit the 4-month mark or are closer to 12 months, this group will provide critical insights and tools to support you every step of the way.
Once you’ve completed this phase, you’ll be ready to “graduate” to the next phase of the Foundations Program, where we’ll dive into the next set of challenges and joys that come with your baby’s growth.
Pricing
Parent Foundations Groups are included in Membership. Non-members can join any session for $30 and can enjoy the clubhouse for the day with purchase.
In-Person or Virtual Participation Available
We know flexibility is important. That’s why every session is available both in-person and virtually. Either way, you’ll receive the same expert-led guidance and community. A zoom link will be sent to you via email the day before and the day of the class.
