Celebrate Chinese New Year 2015—the Year of the Ram—with Lan Su Chinese Garden! The celebration kicks off on Thursday, February 19 with "Rolling in the Wealth," a traditional good fortune and prosperity activity of rolling oranges and gold coins through Lan Su's front door. "Rolling in the Wealth" is followed by a lion dance performances, calligraphy art, music, and much more! Every guest visiting on February 19 will also receive a hong bao, or traditional lucky red envelope.
Each day throughout the Chinese New Year celebrations there are special performances and activities, all included with garden admission or membership. Bring the family to participate in the many activities and celebrations, including martial arts performances, Ping Pong, the Chinese wishing tree, story-telling, craft activities, and so much more!
