DESCRIPTION:This year\, Community Harvest Day is on Sunday\, August 30\, 2026.​ The community is welcome to pick from untaped trees. Please do not pick apples from the trees that are taped off. The taped trees with “Do Not Pick” signs have been adopted and will be picked at a later time. ​​​​​​​​ \nAdditional information\nLadders are not allowed in the orchard. \nCORE will lend out apple picking poles (limited availability). \nDo not climb trees or hang on tree branches. \nThe trees are old and might break from your weight. Please help protect our orchard! \nCORE members and volunteers will be available to answer questions. \nPlease bring picking bags from home and limit yourself to two bags to enable enough apples for everyone to enjoy. \nThere will be no other activities scheduled on this day. The Community Harvest Day is simply an opportunity for people to come and enjoy the park.
