Join us for "Ninotchka," part of a double-feature of films from Hollywood’s golden age. Each pair of movies share the same basic plot, but the story is told in two very different ways.

The plot: A no-nonsense Soviet woman is dispatched to Paris on official party business. Can the City of Lights and her charming French host melt her icy heart?

The original (starting at 1 p.m.): "Ninotchka" (1939), starring Greta Garbo and Melvyn Douglas; directed by Ernst Lubitsch.

The musical remake (starting at 3:30 p.m.): "Silk Stockings" (1957), starring Fred Astaire and Cyd Charisse; directed by Rouben Mamoulian; music by Cole Porter.

You’re welcome to attend one or both films. There will be an intermission of approximately 30 minutes between the films. Movie snacks and covered beverages are welcome. Bring the whole family!
