DESCRIPTION:The Scarecrow festival is a family-friendly event that allows local residents and businesses to show off their scarecrows! \nIt’s a fun event for the community\, it fosters ties between businesses\, residents\, customers\, arts and student groups\, and you can have fun decorating the city for trick-or-treating. \n-Submit your scarecrow entry between September 24th and October 24th by 6 pm.\n-Vote for your favorite entry between October 25th and November 1st.\n-The top three winners in each category will receive a commemorative certificate. The top winners will receive a ghoulish goodie bag.\n-Winners will be announced November 8th.
