DESCRIPTION:The fish are jumping at Longs Pond\, and it’s time to grab a rod and reel! This fun\, family-friendly event is designed to introduce kids and families to the joy of fishing together. Knowledgeable volunteers will be on-site to teach basic fishing skills\, share tips\, and help kids experience the excitement of catching their very first fish.  \nEach session includes 30 minutes of hands-on learning\, covering fishing basics\, water safety\, and more. Fishing time is one full hour at the pond. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your assigned time. \nPre-registration is required to reserve your spot\, and space is limited. \nRegistration will open March 4\, 2026 at 9am. \nPre-register at the website below.
