Diwali Family Celebration
Join us in celebrating Diwali, the Festival of Lights at the Seattle Asian Art Museum!

Experience a bilingual Diwali storytime and Indian Puppet Show in Hindi and English with Hindi Time Kids. The first 25 families will receive a Diwali goodie bag filled with a family-friendly art activity to enjoy at home. This activity is ideal for adults and caregivers with children ages 2-5.

Enjoy live musical performances and explore artistic and cultural traditions of India presented by Junior Asha Seattle.

Get a taste of India with a warm cup of Jaipur Avenue Chai while receiving a temporary henna tattoo design. Then, participate in a community mural painting with local artist Deepti Agrawal and let your creativity shine by decorating your own clay diya (lamp)!
