Join Kids and Race and the Seattle Art Museum for a special partner program where we learn how to notice, question, and create new stories about race. Families will explore the Figuring History: Robert Colescott, Kerry James Marshall, and Mickalene Thomas exhibition and then create art together in the Chase Open Studio. Kids and Race is a parent and educator-led organization that seeks to normalize and integrate conversations about race into everyday life.
This workshop is for children ages five and up and their caregivers.
