In celebration of the Filipinos and Washington’s Waterfront exhibit at The Center for Wooden Boats\, we will be reading Hand over Hand by @almajfullerton\, a story of tradition\, persistence\, fishing with Lolo (grandpa) and breaking barriers on a banca (boat).
