Move Redmond 2023 Open Streets Festival is a free community event, celebrating movement, transportation, and play on Saturday, 8.26, from 10am to 3pm at the Downtown Redmond Park! It features the opening of 161st Street between Downtown Redmond Park and the Redmond Central Connector to people walking, biking, scooting, rolling, and playing and many free activities to celebrate!
Move Redmond’s Open Street Festival promotes healthy, active transportation by transforming 161st Street into a place where people can bike, walk, scoot, roll and play, and is an event that celebrates local businesses, community organizations and fosters civic pride in our streets.
There will be a pop-up protected bike lane, kid’s bike rodeo, community organizations, opportunities to play, learn, and connect with community.
