DESCRIPTION:In celebration of Black History Month 2026\, the City of Bellevue is working with community partners to present a special exhibition honoring the 100th anniversary of Black History Month\, “Melodies of the Diaspora: Celebrating 100 Years of Black History Month\,” an art exhibition featuring the work of Pacific Northwest Black artists on display at the former Bellevue Arts Museum and Bellevue City Hall. The exhibit will feature paintings\, photography\, sculptures\, textiles and fashion. The exhibition is curated by Jay Taylor and Fancy Vargas. \nPublic Viewing Hours and LocationsThe art exhibition is open to the public for viewing at no cost in February at the following times and locations: \nBellevue City Hall\, 2nd floor catwalk\, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.  Bellevue Arts Museum\, Thursdays and Fridays\, 10–5 p.m. throughout February. \nImage sourced from event website.
