Calendar/Event Details

Mon, June 16, 2025
Mon, May 4, 2026

The Newborn Foundations Group is essential for any parent looking to navigate the early stages of their baby’s life with confidence and support. The first months are critical for both you and your baby’s development, and we’re here to guide you through it every step of the way.

Why Join?
The first few months (often known as the 4th trimester!) can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. This group is designed to give you the knowledge and community you need to thrive as a new parent. Our rotating curriculum ensures that each week we dive into important topics like newborn care, sleep, development, and self-care. It’s the perfect opportunity to get expert advice, ask questions, and learn practical tips that will help you feel more confident in your parenting journey.

Key Topics Include:

  • Soothing Techniques and Baby Sleep
  • Understanding Newborn Development and Milestones
  • Feeding Support and Nutrition
  • Bonding with Your Baby
  • Self-Care for Parents
  • Managing Sleep Deprivation and Parenthood Stress

This group is all about YOU—supporting your needs, addressing your challenges, and offering solutions. You’ll also connect with other parents who are at the same stage, forming lasting bonds as you all share this transformative journey.

Join Anytime
Because our curriculum rotates, you can join at any time during this phase and still get the full benefit of our expert guidance and community support. Whether you're just starting out or already a few weeks in, you’ll find value in every session.

Once you’ve completed the Newborn Foundations Group, you’ll have the opportunity to “graduate” into the next phase of the Foundations Program, where you’ll continue your parenting journey with more advanced topics for your growing baby.

Pricing

Parent Foundations Groups are included in Membership. Non-members can join any session for $30 and can enjoy the clubhouse for the day with purchase.

In-Person or Virtual Participation Available
We know flexibility is important. That’s why every session is available both in-person and virtually. Either way, you’ll receive the same expert-led guidance and community. A zoom link will be sent to you via email the day before and the day of the class.
