DESCRIPTION:The Juneteenth Celebration is produced in partnership with Black Coffee Northwest (BCNW)\, a community-based organization focused on economic empowerment and community building. \n2026 marks the City of Shoreline’s hosting of the 4th annual Juneteenth celebration\, and we are honored to hold it at City Hall. Juneteenth commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and provides an opportunity to reflect on history\, celebrate Black culture\, and recognize ongoing contributions to the community. The event centers community\, culture\, and Black-owned businesses\, and includes a small business marketplace\, performances\, and community activities. \nThe theme for this year is Joy is our Resistance! \nFriday\, June 192:00 – 6:00 pmShoreline City Hall: 17500 Midvale Ave NFree parking in the city parking garage.
