This event brings the best of the Pacific Northwest to the course with wooded evergreen trails\, narrow paths\, and Spartan’s legendary obstacles. Do you have what it takes? \nSpartan Seattle Trifecta comes to Meadow Wood Equestrian Center near Monroe on September 19-20\, and alongside the adult races we run a Spartan Kids race\, which makes it a fun\, active family day out for Puget Sound parents. \nKids heats range from 1km to 3km depending on age: \n3km Competitive (Age Groups 9-11 and 12-14)\n3km Open (Ages 9-14)\n1.5km Open (Ages 7-9)\n1km Open (Ages 4-6 & Special Spartan Inclusive Heat (Ages 4+))
