Are you craving a treat to make your day a little extra special? Let’s stir up some fun in the kitchen together! Listen to fun, inspiring books while your dessert bakes in the oven. You may even have a chance to share your final creation with the group (optional).
Recipe from Cooking with Sadie
Ingredients
1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Butter or spray to grease ramekin
Supplies
6 oz. ramekins (4) or cupcake holders
slotted mixing spoon (separating egg technique)
Mixing bowl
small bowl (separating egg technique)
bowl for microwave to melt mixture or stove top pan
Wooden spoon
