With heavy hearts, Seattle Womxn Marching Forward has voted NOT to gather at Beacon Hill Playfield for the 2020 Womxn’s March on Seattle this coming Sunday, March 8th. This decision is due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak in King County, and influenced by the most recent recommendations released by public health.
The Fourth Annual Womxn’s March on Seattle will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at 1 p.m.. Join us at Beacon Hill Playfield for a rousing, youth-led rally to kick off the march, which will conclude at City Hall Park. This year's theme centers our youth who are our present and who will lead our future: The Next Revolutionaries!
Where: Beacon Hill Playfield on Beacon Hill, Seattle
When: Sunday, March 8th, at 1pm.
Accessibility: 36 and 60 buses will run until 1pm. The Link Light Rail to Beacon Hill Station is nearby. There is free street parking, and paid parking at PacMed building. Parking downtown and walking to the playground is about a mile.
