The class will begin at 10:00 am in the Knowing the Spring Courtyard \nNo experience necessary\, all experience levels\, abilities\, and all ages welcome. \nWorld Tai Chi Qigong Day has been observed around the globe since 1999. Restita DeJesus has held yearly free events in the Puget Sound area since then. For the past 11 years it has held it at the Seattle Chinese Garden.  This beautiful serene setting has been the most requested venue. After the practice\, feel free to roam the gardens. \nThis is a free event\, however donations to the Garden are much welcomed.  \nImage sourced from event website.
