Summer Institute for the Gifted

Description

The Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) offers 3-week residential/commuter programs around the country for gifted and talented students ages 9-17 and day programs for students ages 5-12. Online programs are also available throughout the year. This unique enrichment program combines academics with social, cultural and recreational opportunities for a truly engaging summer. Students select from a wide variety of courses in several disciplines including STEM (science, technology, & math), humanities, the arts, and fitness/recreation, and are taught at levels appropriate for each age group. SIG offers programs at locations nationwide, including Princeton, Yale, UCLA, and the University of Chicago. SIG is a program of NSGT, a 501(c)(3) organization, separately administered and operated by SIG, and is independent of any existing higher education program associated with any host campus.
