Kula Movement offers a variety of yoga and Pilates Mat classes for the entire family! Special Offer for Adults: First-time students receive a special of 5 classes for $50 with 2 months to use them! Kids and Tween 10-Week Yoga Series (Winter 2016): >>Kids (Ages 3-5): January 14 - March 24, Thursdays, 3:30-4:15 p.m. >>Kids (Ages 6-10): January 14 - March 24, Thursdays, 4:30-5:15 p.m. >>Tween (Ages 11-13): January 12 - March 22, Tuesdays, 4:15-5:00 p.m. Cost: $135 per child/tween for the 10-week series or $15 drop in. This 10-week series integrates traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation, meditation techniques, and self-reflection. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and mindful aspects of yoga, presented and practiced at an age-appropriate level. On-Going, Drop-In Classes: Prenatal Yoga, Tuesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m., Thursdays, 5:45 - 6:45 p.m., & Saturdays, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Mom & Baby Yoga (2 weeks - early walkers), Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. Family Jam Sundays, 11:00 - 11:45am, all ages!
