Kids Yoga PlayShop camps combine the practices of yoga with the beauty of the arts. Camps include the study of yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques, with games, arts, crafts, music and dance. Yoga helps kids bring their active minds into union with their active bodies. Your children will learn to strengthen and stretch their body, developing greater flexibility, balance, and focus. They will also gain mindfulness and self-calming techniques. Besides having a lot of fun, they will come away feeling empowered! Notes: A healthy snack will be provided each day. If your child has special dietary needs, please send a snack from home.
