Seattle Center Monorail


Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11:00pm, Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am-11:00pm


Seattle Center Monorail was built for the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. The Monorail provides fast, direct transportation between downtown Seattle's Westlake Center Mall (400 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101) and Seattle Center (home to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pacific Science Center, EMP Museum, Seattle Children's Museum and more). The Monorail is open daily and departs approximately every 10 minutes. Each train can carry about 225 passengers.
