STAND-UP: Strengths in Treatment of Anxiety and Depression

Description

• Are you 18 years or older? • Do you worry, panic, or fear what others think? • Do you struggle with unwanted anxious thoughts or behaviors? • Do you want to reduce your anxiety and negative moods? You may be eligible to participate in an anxiety research study which offers FREE symptom assessment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression. The study also examines the role of personal strengths. Participants will be asked to complete interviews and surveys, as well as attend weekly group meetings for 12 weeks.
