ParentMap aims to provide news, information, inspiration and fun relevant to all kinds of families in the Puget Sound area. We are committed to amplifying the voices, experiences and perspectives of parents and families from traditionally underrepresented communities.
To do this, we are actively inviting and seeking pitches from writers of color.
These pitches can be on any topic that ParentMap covers, from a new kid-friendly spot to how your family survived the first day of kindergarten. We also welcome pitches specific to the parenting and family experiences of people of color.
