Mom Talk and Social Hour

Take a break and join us on Fridays for a refreshing blend of adult conversation, self-care tips, and shared interests, making every meet-up an energizing experience for moms of all walks of life. Refreshments will be provided. Enjoy a beverage, grab a snack, and take a minute to visit with other moms in a relaxed environment.

Sample Class Format

• This is very casual and designed to give a space for the parents. We want the conversation to focus on how things are going for us as parents, not necessarily on advice for how to take care of our kids (we have plenty of other classes for that!). Of course, if the convo steers that way, that's okay too. We want it to be a good time!
