Babies on the Trail

You’re never too young to enjoy the outdoors. This program is for parents and guardians of children 18 months and younger. Learn about plant safety and weather-proofing playdates in any season while meeting other caretakers and engaging in nature-themed activities you can replicate at home.

-Please meet at the Fort Nisqually Picnic Shelter.
-Children should be in carriers for this adult-paced hike but will have time to stretch their legs and play with friends afterwards during circle time.
-All children must be accompanied by an adult. Older siblings welcome.
-Bathrooms are available on site.
