This all-ages class will give you the tools and techniques you need to start nature journaling.

It’s never too early or too late to start nature journaling! This all-ages class will give you the tools and techniques you need to start nature journaling. We will show you how to approach a nature journal like a scientist, as well as like an artist. We will provide nature journals and watercolor pencils. We will also offer crayons for younger participants to create rubbings. This class is flexible, and you will have the option to work inside or outside. Please be mindful of the weather if you wish to journal outside. It is recommended that you bring a folding chair. The class is offered twice: Wednesday July 8th, 1 pm-2:30 pm and Thursday, August 27th, 1:00-2:30 pm. This class is appropriate for all ages; children must be accompanied by an adult.
