Plants vs Pollution: Free Phytoremediation Workshop

Thursday, June 11 @ 6 p.m.–8 p.m.

Join us for a FREE hands-on workshop to see how local duckweed and water ferns can strip heavy metals and toxins out of wastewater.

You’ll build your own phytoremediation chamber and use digital imaging and R to analyze how effectively these plants clean the water.

Beginner-friendly! No prior experience needed.
