Infant CPR and Choking Rescue

Feel more prepared for the moments you hope you never face. This one-hour, hands-on workshop is designed to give parents, grandparents, nannies, and other caregivers the practical skills and confidence to respond in an emergency involving an infant.

Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll learn how to recognize an emergency, perform infant CPR, and respond effectively to choking—all through clear instruction and guided practice. While this workshop does not provide formal certification, you will leave with the same lifesaving skills and the confidence to act quickly when it matters most.
