Water’s Table at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington will offer a special New Year’s Eve meal to welcome 2026.
The holiday menu will feature fresh oysters, classic steak tartare, braised lamb shank served over pappardelle, Chilean seabass, and a prime tomahawk ribeye. The restaurant will also feature a complimentary champagne toast at 12 a.m. and a secret late-night menu available after midnight helping guests continue the celebration.
Waters Table will also be open for brunch on New Year’s Day and throughout the weekend from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. giving families and guests a relaxed way to start the new year. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting NYE at Water’s Table | Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.
